Booking your holiday
When making a booking, a down payment of 30 % of the total amount will be charged. In your booking confirmation, you will find the details for a bank deposit (the amount, our bank account details and the payment reference) as well as a link for a down payment by credit card.
Once we have received your down payment, we will send you a confirmation email.
Check-in, Check-out & Late Check-out
On the day of arrival, your room is ready for you from 04.00 pm. If you arrive earlier and the room is already ready for occupancy, you can of course make yourself comfortable in your holiday home earlier. Our reception is open daily until 07.00 pm. If you would like to arrive at a later time, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. Late check-out is available on request and at an additional cost. You are welcome to inquire about your options during your stay at our reception.
Massages & cosmetic treatments
If you would like to book a massage or cosmetic treatment at our partner Hotel Fisserhof for your upcoming vacation with us, you can easily do so at check-in or during your stay at our reception. The Hotel Fisserhof is located at Fisser Straße 24, only a five-minute walk from the Hubertushof.
Persons paying the regular price
At least one guest will be charged with the regular price in the single rooms, at least two guests in the double rooms and comfort rooms, and at least three guests in the Family connecting room with Terrace. Also in the Family Rooms and Family Room with Terrace, a basic price per room is calculated, which corresponds to at least four guests paying the regular price.
Travel insurance
You can easily and conveniently take out travel insurance for your upcoming holiday.
Cancellation conditions
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply (GTC).

Payments are possible in cash, by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and by EC debit card. Please note that we do not accept American Express credit cards and consider the applicable card limits.

We ask you to indicate your booking number as payment reference when making your down payment so that we can allocate it correctly. You can find the booking number in your booking confirmation.
Bike room
For cycling enthusiasts, we offer the following inclusive services in the Hotel Garni Hubertushof:
- Bike room incl. lockable area for safekeeping
- Charging facilities for e-bikes
- Opportunity to wash your bike
- Tools (to borrow at our reception) and assembly stands
- Laundry service for cycling clothes

House bar with self-service
Our cozy lounge area with house bar is at your disposal from noon to evening. You are welcome to take your own drinks from the fridges and enter them in the room list on display. The products of the coffee machine, such as espresso, cappuccino and cacao are free of charge. Our bar is exclusively for our house guests. We would like to point out that drinks you bring with you are not welcome.
Opening hours
Our opening hours of the public areas are as follows:
- Breakfast buffet: 07.30 - 10.00 a.m.
- Reception: 07.30 - 11.00 a.m. and 06.00 - 07.00 p.m. (if you arrive between 11.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m., we are of course available by phone)
- Sauna area:
- in winter: 04.00 - 08.00 p.m. (in case of bad weather from 02.00 p.m.)
- in summer: on request
Parking
During your vacation you can use our spacious parking lot on the south side of the hotel. At the parking lot there is a ground level hotel entrance, which leads directly to the elevator and thus also to the reception and the rooms.
We kindly ask you to keep the village-side parking spaces (in front of the hotel entrance, which leads directly to the reception) free for check-in and check-out.
Sport shops and bike rental
At the valley station of Möseralmbahn, Schönjochbahn and Sonnenbahn in Fiss, there are two sports shops where you can rent a mountainbike or e-bike with protective equipment as well as via ferrata equipment: Sport Schmid, Intersport Pregenzer.
Additionally, at the valley station of the Waldbahn in Fiss there is the Bikepark Shop where you can also rent your bike equipment.
Please note that we do not cooperate with any of the sports shops.
Super.Summer.Card.
Upon arrival at the Hotel Garni Hubertushof in Fiss, we will provide you with the Super.Summer.Card. for the holiday region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, which is already included in your stay. It allows you to ride all the gondolas in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis for free (excluding bike transport) and to use the hiking bus between the three villages. In addition, there are numerous included offers for the whole family.
Booking skiing lessons
In general, it is advisable to book your skiing lessons before the start of your holiday - directly through the ski school Fiss-Ladis. If you have further questions regarding your skiing lessons, you can check the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the ski school.
The ski school Fiss-Ladis is located directly at the valley station of the cable cars in Fiss. It only takes a 5-10 minutes' walk to get there.
Ski passes & ski depot
You will receive your digital guest card (if you fill in the Pre-Check-In data completely) from Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis prior to your arrival. With the card you can purchase your ski passes for the ski area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis at the reduced guest card rate:
- At a cash desk of the cable cars Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
- In the online store of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. You can pick up the purchased ski passes at a pick-up machine at the cable cars
You are welcome to inform yourself in advance about the prices for the skiing area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
The use of the ski depot/locker at the valley station of the mountain railway in Fiss is included in your winter holiday. In a ski locker, there is space for the entire ski equipment of two adults. Thus, you can leave your skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves, etc. in the locker during your entire ski holiday.
With your ski depot chip you have 24 hours access to the depot. On the day of departure you can still use the ski depot all day on request.
Sport shops & ski rental
At the valley station of the Möseralmbahn, Schönjochbahn and Sonnenbahn in Fiss, there are three sports shops with expertise in ski rental: Sport Schmid, Intersport Pregenzer and Sport Krismer.
At the valley station of the Waldbahn in Fiss there is the sports shop Fiss Sports where you can also rent your ski equipment.
